Join us for a soothing Sound Healing Meditation where you'll be enveloped in the calming and grounding tones of singing crystal bowls, didgeridoos, and Native-American flutes styles, along with other healing instruments.

We believe that lowering the stress levels could promote healing and bring your body to a more harmonized state. We’ll guide you into a powerful guided meditation as Sae incorporates Reiki and call upon Angelic energies to work through these healing frequencies. This experience will help you open, clear, and balance your energy centers, leading you to a state of deep relaxation and healing. Come unwind and rejuvenate with us!

IMPORTANT: HOW TO PREPARE FOR THIS MEDITATION

  • Be on time.

  • No cell phones and water bottles are allowed in the Sound Healing room.

  • Please, bring your own mat, blanket, or pillow, or anything you may need to feel comfortable.

  • Wear comfortable clothes. Stay well hydrated before and after the event.

  • Please, refrain from any strong smelling perfumes, deodorant, etc. If you are a smoker, please make sure that you do not smoke before entering the building.

  • We are located on the building DEC Electrical contractors behind Dunkin Donuts on Rt 73 N. West Berlin, NJ 08091

  • Please park on the designated areas and stay away from the doors.

  • Positive attitude is highly recommended!
