Depending on the needs of each individual client, each session may last between
45-60 min.
Guidelines for a great experience:
Keep yourself hydrated before and after your session.
Wear comfortable clothes.
Avoid drinking any sugary and/or caffeinated beverages before your session.
Arrive at least 5-10 min. before your session.

Please, note:
*To create a comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly request that you refrain from wearing strong smells such as perfume, cologne, nicotine, or potent essential oils. Please be mindful, as the practitioner is sensitive to those smells. Your cooperation is appreciated.
*Masks are now optional. Please, avoid coming to your appointment if you think you’re getting sick, or you’re coughing or have a fever. We will re-schedule.
*We require that any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment for you to receive a full refund.
**We are located at 235 Rt 73 N. Suite B. West Berlin, NJ 08091 at the DEC Electrical Contractors building behind Dunkin Donuts. You must pull in to Dunkin Donuts driveway to access our building. Please, drive straight back where you see our door with the beige owning on top of it. This facility is located on a second floor.
